Na toto Vídeňské derby měli hosté z Rapidu zákaz z předchozího derby a na druhé straně domácí ultras z Austrie, kteří bojkotují tento zápas (problémy s vedením klubu). Již před tímto zápasem se tradičně scházejí ultras Rapidu na poslední trénink hráčů, kde je podporují, jako by to byl normální zápas, vlajky, pyrotechnika a transparent "Scheiss Bundesliga".
