Info South stand service: U16 fight South stand service (Raith youth) vs Dumferline youth, e waited for 1hr 30 mins at the designated meeting area , with no sign of them during this time . Had messages from there capo saying there boys have pulled out after the hour of waiting. Same old excuses from them this is a common occurrence from there youth , we have tried to sort a meet prior to a derby and always the same outcome. Black and white victims.
